On January 1, 2026, the Foundation for Senior Care and the Fallbrook Senior Center officially became one unified nonprofit organization: the Center for Senior Wellbeing – a trusted, community resource that makes it easy for seniors, families, and caregivers to access services, participate in activities, and make connections … today and into the future.
While our name is new, our commitment is not. All of our combined programs and services are staying in place; in fact, this merger allows us to offer a fuller, more comprehensive suite of services that are especially relevant and beneficial to seniors.
We look forward to officially celebrating this new chapter with our community in Mid-March at our official launch event, and we invite you to stay connected as we continue to grow, listen, and serve.
The decision to merge was thoughtful and intentional, rooted in a shared belief that when organizations work together, communities are stronger. By uniting decades of experience, trusted relationships, and complementary programs, we’ve created a single, reliable place for older adults, families, caregivers, and partners to turn for connection, care, and guidance across every stage of aging.
With one mission and one team working together across two locations, accessing support is simple, seamless, and responsive to real-life needs. Our activities, senior lunches, and Thrift Shop operate out of our 399 Heald Lane building, while our transportation, advocacy, and Adult Day Center are based at our 135 S. Mission Road campus, ensuring the same welcoming experience—consistent and dependable, no matter which building you visit.
As a one-stop resource for senior services, older adults have a clear path to staying active, connected, and supported … for families and caregivers, it means clarity and confidence in knowing where to turn.
For community partners and supporters, it means collaboration with a centralized, dependable organization … and for our community as a whole, it means a stronger, more connected system that supports healthy aging and resilience.
By supporting the Center for Senior Wellbeing, you make it possible for us to offer older adults, their families, and their caregivers, the crucial services that can help them have a safer, more active and more connected life. Your donation sends a clear message that they are treasured and respected members of our community.
Is this Donation Tax Deductible?
Yes. The Center for Senior Wellbeing is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable, tax-exempt organization. Your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your donation receipt (sent to you upon completion of your donation) as your official record.

Our experienced referral and support advocates provide resources and hands-on guidance to help older adults navigate challenges safely and confidently.

Our Door-through-Door program helps ensure that medical care plans and social support systems are in place so that older adults can safely return home from a hospital stay and focus on their healing.

Our Adult Day Center is a calm and compassionate daytime facility that provides professional caregiving and meaningful social interaction for older adults with cognitive and physical challenges such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, and dementia.

Designed to support both physical health and social wellbeing, these low-cost lunches help fuel the day while creating meaningful opportunities for conversation, friendship, and belonging.
Open to adults age 50 and older, senior lunches are available for just $5, making healthy, balanced meals accessible and affordable. Family members, friends, or caregivers, under 49-years of age, who are accompanying a senior, are also welcome to join the meal for $12.
